Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Program-Specific Terms: The Sage Leadership Experience (Effective February 2026)

In addition to the general Terms of Service outlined above, the following terms apply specifically to any purchase, enrollment, or participation in The Sage Leadership Experience (“Program”) offered by Alexandra Mahanna Leadership.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. 72-Hour Cooling-Off Period

Upon enrollment, you are entitled to a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation period.

You may cancel your enrollment within seventy-two (72) hours of your initial registration and receive a full refund of any payments made.

To cancel within this period, you must submit your request in writing to:

Requests received after the seventy-two (72) hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. No Refund Policy After 72 Hours

After the seventy-two (72) hour cooling-off period has expired:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No cancellations will be granted

  • Full payment remains due regardless of participation level

By enrolling, you agree to fulfill the full financial obligation associated with your selected payment option.

3. Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or revocation of access to the Program

  • You remain responsible for the full program investment regardless of usage or participation

4. Future Program Credit (Optional Transfer)

While refunds are not available after seventy-two (72) hours, you may request to apply your investment toward a future cohort of The Sage Leadership Experience or another eligible program within twelve (12) months of your original start date.

Such requests:

  • Must be submitted in writing

  • Are subject to availability

  • May only be applied once

  • Are non-transferable to another individual

5. Participant Conduct & Removal

Participation in the Program requires professionalism, integrity, and respect for others.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or compromises the experience of others

6. Intellectual Property (Program Materials)

All Program materials—including but not limited to videos, tools, frameworks, assessments, and written content—remain the intellectual property of Alexandra Mahanna Leadership.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or teach from these materials without prior written permission.

All materials are provided for personal professional development only.

7. Nature of Services

The Program is a leadership development and coaching experience.

It does not constitute:

  • Therapy

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Medical advice

You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals where needed.

8. Results Disclaimer

We provide structure, tools, and coaching support; however:

  • Results depend on individual effort and application

  • Outcomes are not guaranteed

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

9. Incorporation of Full Program Terms

Your enrollment in The Sage Leadership Experience is also governed by the full Program Terms & Conditions document provided at the time of registration.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Program Terms & Conditions, the Program Terms & Conditions shall control with respect to Program participation.
