  • The program combines self-paced virtual modules, pre-recorded webinars, downloadable leadership tools, and bi-weekly live group coaching sessions, giving you both flexibility and real-time support.

  • Plan for 2–3 hours per week: about 30–45 minutes for the virtual module, 20 minutes for the webinar, time for worksheets and reflection, and 90 minutes every other week for the live coaching session.

  • The core program includes group coaching, but you can add a personalized 1:1 coaching track with Alexandra Mahanna for deeper accountability and individualized guidance.

  • Unlike one-size-fits-all training, this program is immersive and personalized. You’ll identify your leadership gaps upfront, apply tools directly to your role, and leave with a tailored 90-day action plan to sustain your growth.

  • The full 10-week program is $3,200 per participant, with special beta pricing available at $1,600. Organizations enrolling teams or departments may also receive group pricing options for tailored cohorts. Please submit an inquiry on my contact page if interested.
